Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Visible, we take pride in delivering high-quality social media, branding, content creation, and digital marketing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be available. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy

Because our work involves time, strategy, creative development, and digital execution, all payments made to The Visible are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

Once work has begun on any project or service, no refunds will be issued.


2. Cancellation of Services

You may request cancellation of a service by contacting us at 9937546824 or support@thevisible.in.

2.1 Monthly Retainer Services (Social Media, Brand Management, SEO, Ads)

  • Cancellation requires 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Work already completed within the billing period will be billable and non-refundable.

2.2 One-Time Projects (Content Shoots, Website Content, Video Edits, Design Projects)

  • If cancelled before work starts → 50% refund of the advance amount.
  • If cancelled after work has commenced → no refund will be issued.

3. Digital Products / Consultations

This includes:

  • Strategy sessions
  • Audits
  • Digital templates
  • Workshops

All such products and sessions are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.


4. Advertising Budgets

Payments made for ad spends (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Are paid directly to the advertising platforms
  • Are not controlled or refundable by The Visible
  • The Visible is responsible only for service fees, not for third-party policies

5. Project Delays

If a delay occurs due to:

  • Missing content from the client
  • Delayed approvals
  • Changes requested after finalization

→ The client is not eligible for a refund.
→ Timelines may be extended based on mutual agreement.


6. Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with our work:

  • You may request revisions as per your project’s revision limits.
  • Refunds are not issued for subjective preferences once approved drafts have been delivered.

7. Exceptional Refunds (Case-by-Case)

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The Visible fails to initiate a project within 10 business days of payment without valid communication
  • Services were not delivered due to internal errors attributable solely to The Visible

Such refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.


8. Mode of Refund

If approved, refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • The original payment method

No cash refunds will be issued.
